Shipping Terms & Conditions – USA

  1. Shipping Carrier and Delivery Time
    All orders shipped to the United States are sent via UPS. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  2. Duties and Taxes
    All shipments to the USA are sent Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are collected by UPS or the customs authority upon delivery. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information.

  3. Shipping Costs
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and do not include customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

  4. Order Processing
    Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

  5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
    We take great care in packaging all orders. However, we are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit by UPS. Any claims for lost or damaged packages must be reported directly to UPS, and we will provide any necessary documentation to assist in your claim.

  6. Address Accuracy
    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  7. Order Tracking
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment online via the UPS website.

  8. Changes and Cancellations
    Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or altered. Please ensure your order is correct before completing the purchase.

  9. Returns - Please note that if you need to return an item to us, upon receipt of the item(s) we will refund you the purchase price of the item paid to us at the time of purchase. Any local duties or import charges paid will not be repaid. In order to reclaim these fees, you will need to request a refund from the local authority to whom the fees are paid to. Please note we have no control over the processing of the import charges/duties paid and depending on the delivery country, the process does vary.
