Can we help?
If you have any questions or we can help you in any way with an order from Gun Hill, just let us know. We're dedicated to making sure you're happy with every aspect of ordering from Gun Hill.
Experience - Established since 1994 we've got plenty of real-world experience under our belts having shops in superb areas such as Burnham Market and Holt in Norfolk. We are proud that thousands of customers visit us each year and our online shop is an extension of our bricks-and-mortar stores, rather than an anonymous pop-up website.
Relationships - We've been working with our brands for many years now and are on first-name terms with them. We know our quality brands inside and out, the fit, the cut, the length of a hem. We live and breathe our brands and this is one of the reasons Gun Hill has built a reputation for quality.
Customer Service - We have some customers who don't buy their clothing anywhere else than Gun Hill, others that come in and ask for a member of staff by name - we carry on that level of friendly, professional customer excellence online too. You can absolutely buy from us with confidence. No quibbles on returns too.
Trust - Having been in business all these years, we are proud of our relationships with our customers and every member of staff always likes to make every single customer feel special and trust us to keep them dressed well. By the way, we often reward our loyal customers with discount codes - why not sign up and receive them too?
Security - Our website is 128-bit SSL secured, payments are handled through one of the largest payment processors and each transaction is as secure as it can be. Check the padlock icon in your browser.
Gun Hill - Made in Britain - As well as our brands, we have our own label which encapsulates everything about our other brands - quality, superlative materials, second-to-none workmanship, style and durability with exclusivity. Our Gun Hill range meets (and often exceeds) the quality of our luxury brands and is made in Britain too.
