Our bonnets are available in three sizes. The smallest is 0–3 months, though this comfortably fitted Rosie’s daughter until around five months. If it's Monday to Saturday, during the day, we'll pick and pack your order immediately from Burnham Market or Holt and take it to the post office and you should receive it the next day. If your order is placed towards the end of the working day, the post office may not be open or will have had their collection for the day, in which case your order may take an extra day to arrive. Overnight orders will be posted the following morning, Sunday orders will be posted on Monday morning. In any case, we will always try to ensure that your order is sent to you as quickly as possible.

- Smaller, lighter items may be sent at lower rates, or a service that can take a week or two to arrive can be used, do contact us for a quote, we're always happy to see if we can get your order to you as inexpensively as possible.
- Some jackets are sent with a Gun Hill branded jacket holder. If this is not returned with any returns there is a subsequent £5.00 deduction from the refund.

If you've chosen store pick up, your item(s) will be ready for you usually within two hours. If you would like them sooner (or later) just let us know and we'll do our best to help. If you live in a mile radius of the store at Burnham Market, we'll deliver it ourselves, usually during the day, but occasionally on our way home.
Returns, refunds and size changes
