Pricing

All the prices on the website are inclusive of UK VAT at the new rate of 15%.

Delivery

We delivery using Royal Mail 1st Class and we charge GBP 2.95 for post and packaging.

If your item is not in stock, we will inform you by email and send the item when it comes into stock. You can cancel if you would rather not wait. If the item is in stock delivery is usually within 2-3 working days.

Security

You will not be asked for any credit card details on our site. You will be transferred to the Secure Trading website to enter your card and address details. Secure Trading is one of the most secure credit card processing companies in the world. If you do not feel happy entering your credit card number over the internet, please do give us a call on 01328 730015 and we will process your order over the phone.

We use your email address to send acknowledgement of orders, Your email address is confidential to us and will not be passed to third parties, unless ordered otherwise by an official body. We do not send unsolicited email except, from time to time, to inform you of any special offers on our web site.
